IOWA FALLS, IOWA -- Ellsworth CC had 7 members of its volleyball team earn places on the 2024 Spring Academic All-Region teams released by the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference.  The academic honor lists include the 1st team student-athletes who had grade point averages of 3.5 and above, and the 2nd team individuals with GPAs between 3.0 and 3.49.  A student-athlete's highest GPA was recognized, either their cumulative GPA or spring-semester GPA. 

Members of the ECC volleyball team who are on the academic 1st team are Ana Clara Cuartero, Elitsa Peneva, Ludine Charron, Manon Morillon and Sofia Betteni.  Those on the 2nd team are Dallymar Panell and Natalie See.

All 7 of these student-athletes were also on the 2023 Fall Academic All-Region teams.

Ellsworth Community College had a total of 114 student-athletes from 8 different teams that earned 2024 Spring Academic All-Region honors.
