It took Ellsworth Community College less than 30 minutes to defeat Southeastern Community by a 35-21 final.
There were four contested matches out of the 10 weights and the Panthers won all but one of those, with all three ending early. The meet started at 285 with five-straight forfeits.
Nicholas Fisher (157) turned six takedowns, an escape and a stalling point into a 20-4 technical fall in 3:50 against Kynnick Christofferson.
Joshua Berlin returned from a long hiatus due to concussions to pin Lyblie Christofferson in 1:49 at 174. Berlin scored with a single, then turned the Blackhawk for the fall with a butcher.
The only hiccup on the night was at 184 where Panther Jaraiyah Fonseca lost 17-10 to Carter Bell.
The meet ended at 197 with one-loss freshman Jean Ngoma building a 16-3 lead on four takedowns and four back points. He then stuck SCC's Preston Thorton in 1:32.
Tafari Parker (285), Gabe Brazzel (141), and Germaine Ngoma (149) took forfeits for the Panthers while ECC was open at 125, 133, and 165.
