Houston, Texas native Aneus Ruiz brings 9 years of coaching experience and his 3rd season as a college coach. He played for Prairie View A&M University and enjoyed a distinguished career as an arena football player.
During the past season, he was the OL/ Run-Game Coordinator at MDCC, where he had true freshman on the offensive line in a respectable Mississippi JUCO conference. Despite the record, the last 4 games of the season were the turnaround for the run game which resulted in 120 yards rushing against Miss. JUCO champs EMCC.
Before MDCC he was the tight-endScout team OC at NAU (NAIA) (fall 20) program back in Texas. The previous years he coached in the IFL (Cedar Rapids River Kings) (spring 20 before covid) and various high schools: Sam Houston HS OL/OC (15-17), and American Collegiate Academy OL/LB offensive analyst (21). Aneus is known throughout the Midwest for playing arena football and concluded with a championship victory with Salina Liberty in Salina, Kansas.
In college, he won a SWAC championship true freshman year and was inducted into HOF in 2016. In his senior year alone, he was a part of the offensive line that generated the best scoring offenses in the conference and FCS breaking numerous records in school history. The run game average was 215 yards per game and the passing was 304.

He graduated college with a bachelor's in criminal justice and is currently working on a second degree in health education.
